Nora at 6 months

Our little sweetie pie is already 6 months old! She is doing wonderfully -- eating solid foods with gusto, rolling over, sitting up, and as of today her bottom two teeth have poked through and made a simultaneous debut! We were surprised to find out at her 6 month appointment that she's almost exactly the same size Grace was at her age: 15 lbs. 5 oz. and 25 inches. I knew she had slowed down, but that was amazing to me! Nora's actually 4 ounces lighter than Grace was. So funny! We may have two little minis on our hands.

Speaking of Grace -- I have a funny story to share about her today. We went to my grandma's nursing home for their Christmas program. Grandma was playing the chimettes. :) Santa showed up and asked Grace and Ryan what they wanted for Christmas. Ryan dutifully replied, "A train and a cash register." (Cash register... he's definitely his father's son!!) Then it was Grace's turn. She visited Santa for the first time last Friday at the mall and did a great job talking with him. But today, her response was, "I already told you." Duh, Santa.

Grace is funny! You've got a crazy one on your hands, so watch out! Maddie keeps saying "I just hope santa doesn't bring me coal..."
