The Wallace Whenever-I-Get-To-It: My birthday....already??

I turned 31 at the beginning of May. I had a hard time believing that it had already been a YEAR since my 30th -- I swore it was just a few months ago. This year just flew by!

I had a fantastic birthday weekend. Phil went to get Einstein's bagels and coffee (my fave!), I spent the morning reading the paper and lounging (another fave!), went out to dinner at The Keg (delicious!) and shopping that night. It was wonderful to have some time together. I think the best part was feeding only myself during dinner -- I was cutting my OWN food, at my OWN pace, to put in my OWN mouth. What a forgotten luxury!

We had family over the next evening for cake, etc. I am truly blessed by them all! I received many thoughtful and wonderful gifts, but it was mostly fun just to have everyone together.
