It seems that the writing bug has now bitten Grace -- she "practices her letters" almost every day and has begun to write/copy words she thinks of or sees in books. Whew. I can hardly keep up with her! Anyway, here are a couple of noteworthy things she's written in the past few days:
Her name (the G needs some work!) :)
Since she's been crawling, Nora has been increasingly fascinated by Grace's bedroom (and all its toys with tiny pieces.) To keep Nora's exploring under control, we try to close some of the hallway doors. Grace decided she needed a sign for her door, in case there was any confusion on Nora's part as to where she is not welcome:
"NO THIS MEANS YOU"

love the note on the door! We have similar ones around, though usually Maddie just slams the door in his face as he approaches her room. Awesome.
